原理 principle

★基本原理：中藥浸膏高速離心式噴霧裝置是離心式噴霧干燥技術在特定物料干燥中的應用，也是利用高速離心式霧化器使用權物料分散成霧狀，與熱空氣充分接觸，完成瞬間干燥，形成粉狀成品的干燥裝置。

★中藥浸膏噴霧干燥機是專門用來解決中藥浸膏和植物撮液的噴霧干燥機。它解決了物料在原LPG高速噴霧干燥機在中藥中藥浸膏干燥中出現的以下情況：

1、物料粘壁、收粉率低；

2、物料在壁上停滯不前留時間長，產生物料的焦化變質現象；

3、難以清洗，不符合GMP要求；

4、主量低：LPG-150型噴霧干燥機，其產量只能處理50-60kg/h料液。

★鑒于以上狀況，我廠根據中藥浸膏的物料性質與工藝要求設計了中藥浸膏專用干燥機。它解決了歷史上中藥浸膏干燥機難題，干燥后的物料顏色好、不變質、大大提高了工廠的經濟效益，中藥浸膏與LPG高速離心噴霧干燥機相比有以下要求：

1、采用了三級空氣凈化，使進風達到30萬級要求；

2、采用冷壁裝置，使內壁溫度達到80℃，物料在壁上停留也不焦化；

3、整個體積是原LPG標準離心噴霧的3.5倍；

4、采用快開沖洗裝置，適用于多品種生產要求；

5、除塵采用濕式除塵，使粉塵無外出，符合環保要求；

6、采用氣掃裝置，效果更加滿意；

7、提供霧化器2臺，采用變頻調整；

8、采用PLC控制，程控系統屏幕顯示；

9、帶沖洗裝置；

10、采用干空氣密閉輸送。

4.Low in output:Model LPG-150 atomizing centrifuge dryer can process 50-60kg/h of raw material liquid.ln view of this,according to the properties and process requirements of the extract of traditional Chinese medicine,our factory researched and designed the special dryer for the extract of traditional Chinese medicine and won items of china patent,lt solves the historical difficult problems in drying the extract of traditional Chinese medicine.The color of dried raw material is good.The dried raw material does not degenerate.lt raises the economic benefit greatly.Compared to ordinary LPG high-speed atomizing dryer,it has the following features:
