應用概述 General of applications

★進料斗、螺旋送料器、擠壓器和擠出機頭孔板都拆裝方便、易于清洗。

★螺桿結構，使物料受旋轉的螺桿向前推力的作用被擠壓，擠壓均勻、因而成型率高、成品顆粒致密；連續作業，生產效率高；可同時為多臺滾圓機造丸供料。

★提供多種孔徑的篩網，便于調控以獲取不同直徑擠壓物。

★采用變頻調速，可在一定范圍內調速,以適應不同物料對轉速的不同需求，實時調整擠出速度，使擠出效果達到最佳。使品種選擇范圍更廣。
